Hi I m Debra and I have the most painful time trying to swallow. I weigh 99 lbs and I wasn t this small when I was in Jr high. I m hungry all the time but I take one or two bites and quit. Even water hurts, feels like I m trying to swallow a golfball. I also feel like a walking air bubble no matter if I eat or not, please help what is wrong with me? That s the only one that sounds like what s happening and its getting worse. I d like to weigh at least 110 lbs. Thank you

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to esophagitis. Taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole and motility enhancers like domperidone for long term and chewable vitamin c will be helpful. If no improvement then consult a gastroenterologist to do fibrogastroduodenoscopy to know the exact status.
Hope this may be helpful. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
