What Causes Pain Under The Left Breast Radiating To The Back?

I am having extreme pain under my left breast radiating through my back. I cant lay down, and if and when I actually do, getting out of bed is so painful I actually start to cry. I was clearing my throat this morning and the pain that went through my whole body and both sides of the muscles under my breasts was so painful, I have never felt anything like this.

first u have to undergo ekg and exclude any cardiac causes for pain.if ekg is mormal then u can think of other causes.brest pain may be deu to abscess or some lumo in breast.so need to carfullu examin the breast before for tx options
