What Causes Pain Under Right Rib Cage?

I have upper abdominal pain. I have been to a gastrointestinal dr for 1 year now. They have done upper scope, colonoscopy, abdominal x-rays, blood tests, everything comes back normal. Blood tests for gallbladder all are in the normal range. I am at my wits end! The pain is under my right rib cage. I actually have a pain patch (purchased at Walgreens) on to minimize the pain so I can function. Can you give me any general idea what might be wrong so I might direct these dr s?

I understand your concern
Pain under right rib cage could be due to
Costochondritis/musculoskeletal pain
Kidney infection, liver enlargement/pathology, gastritis/GERD, gall bladder problem.
I would suggest to consult internal medicine specialist and undergo detailed examination, USG scan to confirm cause.
Problem could be due to musculoskeletal pain, kidney infection as all other investigations are normal
Meanwhile take
Tablet DAN-MR
Tablet ranitidie before meal
Precribed antibiotic
Take proper rest, apply war pad application.
