What Causes Pain On Top Of Foot?
Hi, I have had a pain on the top of my foot all day and it has happened in the past. The pain ranges from my big toe to the middle of the top part of my foot. It hurts to walk and also to flex my toes. I ve been a dancer all my life and I don t know if that is related to the pain or not.

It could be due to conditions like tendinitis or contusion.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
