What Causes Pain On Left Side Of Collar Bone Radiating To Lower Neck?

I have a pain on my left side. It is like top of my collar bone and the pain connects to my lower neck and right into my left armpit and top of left arm. It only hurts when I breath deeply, sneeze, or move the wrong way. What could be causing this? Is it just some sort of sprain or should I go see my doctor. I haven t done anything strenuous to sprain anything.

HI,

Get xray of cervical spine done in AP and lateral view, E.SR, serum uric acid and send me the report.

Till then take aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day.
