What Causes Pain On Hands And Forearms?
I have pain on top of my hands, and sometimes my forearms. I don t believe it is carpal tunnel. I also have what I think is poor circulation because my hands are always cold, even in July. My feet have the same issues sometimes, but the pain in my hands has been getting worse and more frequent.

If limbs are cold possible causes like peripheral occlusive vascular disease where the blood supply to the limb is reduced must be considered. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. An arterial Doppler is required to make a diagnosis.
