What Causes Pain In Wrist With Movement?

My left wrist has been hurting for over 14 months. I can only been it about 45 degree angle without being in extremely pain. I have tried using icy hot and heating pads. I also wear an wrist bracelet. I went to the doctor and they told me to take ibuprofen. As the pain continued. I went to the MEA and they gave me a ex ray on both wrist. They provided me with Nabumetone 750 mg tablets. But I haven t felt any results. I m also starting to receive minor pain going to my right wrist.

Hi welcome to health care magic. After going through your query I think there is ligament injury in wrist. It can be diagnosed by mri of wrist. You need rest of wrist, crepe bandage support and analgesics for some days. Hope your query has been answered . Thanks.
