What Causes Pain In Wrist Radiating To Arm And Shoulder?

I seem to have traveling pain of some sort. It will start in my wrist and fingers on one hand, two days later it will be in the other hand. Then shoulder will be hurting, where I can t raise my arm up. Then my toe will be hurting so much, putting shoe on and walking is very uncomfortable. What is going on?

This type of shifting joint pains are characteristic arthritis. You need to consult a physician for a specific treatment after pin pointing type of arthritis ( after needful investigations )
Medicines / rest, followed by physiotherapy is the form of treatment.
