Hello,
I do not think that the pain in your leg is related to the diflucan. However, it could be related to a problem in your pelvis. If you are having pelvic, abdominal and back pain you need to see your doctor and make sure you do not have a serious pelvic infection causing your symptoms. You may need a pelvic ultrasound. If something is going on in the pelvis it can sometimes press on the nerves to the leg. Please see a doctor as soon as possible.
