What Causes Pain In Upper Left Side Of Abdomen And Abdominal Bloating?
I have upper left pain in abdomen, bloating, I have taken exlax and gas x for two days. I went a little bit last night and this morning mostly diarrhea. Tried prune juice can t stand it, increase my water and drinking apple juice. Walking around trying to move everything. How long does symptoms last before comfort and when should I see a doctor? Been 4 day s so far

in my opinion this is the time to see the doctor for detailed clinical examination and lab investigation like stool test for ova cyst or protozoa
you may require a course of antibiotics like metronidazole
have plenty of fluids including ORS
add probiotics to your treatment

it appears tobe gastritis and oesophageal reflux, should take bland diet and start taking omiprazol and tab unienzyme.
