What Causes Pain In Upper Chest Radiating To Neck, Jaw, Ear And Back?

I have been having this pain in my right upper chest area that that radiates up my neck & throat, into my jaw and ear, and sometimes causes my upper back to feel pain, all on the right side. Well really it s only twice but this last time was pretty bad and lasted alot longer than the last time. It feels like tightening or cramping and causes pain when I breath but no actual SOB, though it kind of feels like it. Swallowing alleviates the pain a little, but now even my upper arm, just below the shoulder, is sore. The feeling is something I can t fully explain, but to say it felt like my muscles were cramping or tightening. The pain has started to subside but my muscles feel real sore and still tight or stiff even. I do have a history of stomach pains in addition to nausea and sometimes vomiting. I also have an injury to my lower back(L,4-L,5). What could possibly be causing me to have this pain? Any incite at all would be much appreciated, since being able to afford seeing a doctor is almost impossible at this time. Thank you kindly.

Dear,
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I am sorry to say that you need to consult a doctor at the earliest and should stop assuming your own symptoms and diagnose the problem. Radiating pain from the chest towards shoulder, neck and jaw could be a sign of mild cardiac arrest. There is no need to panic because the worst is over.

Hope this answers your query. Further clarifications are welcome.
Good luck. Happy New Year. Take care.
