What Causes Pain In The Wrists And Muscle Pain?
Hi. I m having pain in my wrist that feels like a strain. More like extremely sore muscle pain. The pain comes and goes. But it doesn t stay in one spot. Sometimes it s in my fingers, on both hands just at different times. A couple of days ago I felt the same pain in my right knee. When the pain come I can barely move that part of my body. Does this sound familiar? If so what is it and what can I do to make it stop?

Hi.I had not mentioned ur age some of the pains are age related if you are in age group of geriatrics it due to arthritis had calcium daily once and if pain is not tolerable had tablet ultract daily once at night .If symptoms are not relving had a opinion of once ortho / Neuro
