What Causes Pain In The Wrists And Fingers?

Since July I have had pain in both wrists that still wakes me up a night. Also on my right hand only from my wrist thru my two ( pinky and ring) my skin is very sensitive to the touch. It is painful. I cannot bend my wrist in most ways without extreme pain and the two fingers are extremely painful to bend. What type of dr should I see?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
for pain in joints, its better to visit a rheumatologist. They examine the joint involvement and any swelling is present along with the pain in joints.Did you meet any accident recently?Any accidental injury that you ignored? You need to do xray of your wrist and hand.Looks like you have arthritis. Is there any stiffness in early morning which lasts for more than 30 min?Any other joints are involved?Any family history of same complain? Many things need to be examined so its a better option to consult a rheumatologist.Few blood tests need to be done like RA factor,ESR,Anti ccp, cbc,ASO titer,LFT,KFT,urine examination. Before all this visit the doctor and do as doctor says about all tests.
