What Causes Pain In The Upper Back While Having Anxiety?

I m a 21 year old female with no health issues other than anxiety. I have pains in my upper back and when I google it aortic dissection comes up. How worried should I be? It says it s rare but my anxiety is still making me think constantly about it

I advise you to get chest x ray, ecg and echo done along with all routine bloid investigations.

If everything is normal, then you can start on antianxiety drugs like ESCITALOPRAM.
