Hi,

Pain in the upper abdomen and radiating to the back possibly on the right side suggestive of gallbladder stone. It may or may not be associated with vomiting and other gastro-related problems.

If you didn't experience any gastrointestinal tract problem like vomiting, belching, flatulence etc. then it may be some musculoskeletal problems.

Kindly visit your physician to rule out after a proper examination while you are experiencing the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
