i had a ruptured ovarian cyst last year in jan affirmed by the emergency room the MRI they told me it would resolve however every other month I feel like it ruptured still because I get a burning pain in my stomach then I start peeing out really yellow cloudy urine very fatigued heartburn trouble breathing I took blood work and it showed elevated liver enzymes I was taking a lot of energy drinks and Herbalife during this time since I stopped my breathing has returned to normal and I have no more heartburn however I still feel the cyst rupturing every other month the fatigue and the cloudy urine I do not have a UTI that s been ruled out is going recently had a vaginal ultrasound that did not show any Sisc however I still feel this fluid in my stomach that lasts about a week it burns makes me nauseous and then I start to get really tired
