HI,

I have been through your query and I understand your concern regarding the pain in your shoulder. Sorry that you have had a traumatic experience 8 months back and still suffering from the pain. It is most probable that you have some issue with your shoulder and muscles which need to be thoroughly evaluated. In most cases of such falls, the rotator cuff gets damaged.

This can be confirmed by an X ray and MRI. Treatment:

1) Firstly do not lift very heavy weights or do strenuous works. Rest is essential to heal it.

2) Physio therapy is need of the hour to get best of your condition back.

3) Analgesics like Tylenol/paracetamol can be taken to only relieve the pain, but not for complete. treatment.

4) In cases you experience other symptoms like numbness or your arm and hands, then you need to get examined physically.

5) If your problem aggravates you need to get yourself physically examined and investigated through radiological methods like X ray and MRI.

Hope these suggestion help you. Contact for further follow up.

Thanks with best regards,
Dr. Suhas Chauhan
