What Causes Pain In The Pelvis?

Hello in my pelvis area below my belt line in the pubic area i have formed a terrible sore..i thought it was a boil, i cant hardly stand up, walk around, even get up..it is red and today i tried to releave the pressure by using a needle to open it up. it bleed dark blood and i put peroxide on it but it is still killing me...i need instant relief..can i buy something over the counter to help..i am in so much pain..thank you

Hello,

1. It can be because of folliculitis which happens by breaking of the hair after you itch or wear tight clothing.

2. Put some antibiotic ointment over it twice a day for 3 days, it will get better.

3. Avoid itching over the area.

4. Wear loose clothing.
