What Causes Pain In The Pelvis, Back And Neck?

My 30 year old female, healthy & fit friend is having the following symptoms the last 3 weeks - started with pelvic & back pain, now her stomach feels bloated (had tests that say her stomach is inflamed) and recently now having leg & neck pain/cramping. They have been running GI related tests including cancer but nothing so far has been found but yet symptoms are still there & ultimately getting worse. Any tests you suggest?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think she can do a fybroscopy of esophagus and stomach to check the mucosal lining for inflammation or possible ulcera.

I also can suggest you do an X-ray of back to see for another issue with lower back a possible herniated disc or compressed spinal nerves.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
