What Causes Pain In The Neck, Shoulder And Leg On The Right Side?

woke up with right side only neck shoulder arm hand back hip leg foot pain worsened with activity. occasionally have full body fibro/ flu like muscle and joint aches with work as massage therapist. never isolated to right side only. history of left brain aneurysm 14 years ago. fully recovered.

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared,the pain on the right side of the body is due to muscle ache mainly due to bad sleeping posture. As there is no weakness or loss of power on the right half of the body so less likely it is related to brain aneurysm. I would recommend you to try over the counter painkillers and massage if still pain persists then for a brain scan.
