What Causes Pain In The Neck Radiating To The Shoulders?

I am having neck pain radiating into both shoulders with tingling in both arms worse on rt posterior shoulder blade into tricep muscles, most pain centrally located at trap muscles.. difficulty to turn over in bed and almost whiplash type pain. What are some recommended excercises to help alleviate the pain?

I really appreciate your concern, the underlying cause of such pain could be matter of concern because without knowing this exercise can not be suggested because it is being decided in accordance with this, wrong exercise could jeopardize the condition, in my opinion it is advisable to get done the MRI of cervical spine till then you can try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
