What Causes Pain In The Neck Radiating To The Head?

Hello. For the past month and a half I have been having headaches and pain in my head. Tired all the time. I can feel my heart beeting in my head and hear it. However it s been messing with my vision as well. I thought I was coming down with a flu or sinus infection but this has never went away. I do get stiff and sore neck. With pains shooting up my neck into the back of my head. I have tried everything. It could take a long time before I get Into a MRI. I m going nuts and I m starting to get scared this will never go away.

The neck pain is likely to be cervical radiculopathy. Anxiety too may have aggravated the condition. Visit a neurologist for proper examination and treatment.
