What Causes Pain In The Neck And Right Shoulder?
I am 59 years old female and have long suffered for years from bouts of upper neck pain that radiates to the right shoulder, makes my right arm numb and weak, and gives me a bad headache; slight relief from Excedrin tension headache pills, but the symptoms recur anyway. What tests/scans are needed to diagnose this condition, and what other non-drug treatments are available for this?

Possible issue with radiating neuropathy via nerve compression at the cervical spine level. Needs an X-ray of the cervical spine with or without MRI for further diagnosis and in-depth management to cure it.
