What Causes Pain In The Neck And Back?
dr. I have been hurting in my neck in the back and, I ve been hurting in my left arm when I lay on my right side at night and the last couple of days my left arm has been hurting like a pain running up and down the arm. and im hurting between my shoulders. l having aching jn my left arms all the time, and my lungs on the is hurting. I really am hurting,please give me your opinion thanks.

Hello Dear. We need to get your detailed history to find out what is the cause of your body aches? Did you have any trauma anywhere? What work you do? do you lift heavy objects? Do you have fever?
For generalized body aches simple over the counter drugs like Paracetamol, Dolo-650 taken thrice a day may help.
If the pain is not subsiding we may need to evaluate you more by doing blood tests, Scans and see what is the cause.
