What Causes Pain In The Middle Abdomen Radiating To The Back?
I have been experiencing intermittent right mid quadrant pain with radiation to my back. I had a hyst but still have my ovaries. I have a hx of nephrolitis I have not had any hematuria. There seems to be no relation to food. Do you have any suggestion on what it could be.
Pancreatitis or peritonitis or renal stone may present like this. Other possibilities like compressive neuropathy with radiculopathy etc may present like this.
Get an ultrasound abdomen and X-ray lumbar spine ap and lateral view. Avoid spicy food and alcohol consumption.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
