Hello. I am having moderate intensity lower back pain. It is more an ache. I also have a sharp pain on the right side above the bottom. This pain travels down my right leg. I am a long distance runner so I though this my be related to my running. But since yesterday I started having an ache in my knees and shoulders (on and off) and now I am panicking. I am afraid is something serious.
