What Causes Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side?

Good evening sir. I would like to ask about the condition of my mother (age of 50). Lately, she has been experiencing pain in her lower right back. So she had her abdomen ultrasound and the result showed mild hydronephrosis, right with chronic pyelonephritis. Also, she was diagnosed to have UTI and the urinalysis test result showed loaded . Her urine was also cultured but strangely, her culture showed no growth . What does she need to do next sir? Can her condition be cured completely? Thank you very much. I really hope you would read this. Godbless you po ☺☺ Mary Ashley Flores, Philippines

For pain in the lower back take pain killers like biozobid-plus or combiflam only when the pain is worse enough or disturb your daily routine along with calcium supplements like shalcal or toscal-gem once daily. I also advice you to sleep on plain surface. Do some kind physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist. If still not improved then go for x-ray or MRI.
