What Causes Pain In The Lower Back And Abdomen?

Just Over a year ago I had a heart echo test performed, ( I am 59 ). No problems whatsoever. I have been diagnosed with Babesiosis . On my 2nd course of antibiotics in the past 5 months. Can the antibiotics be causing lower back and stomach pain ...... Or could it be more serious?

Usually this isnt caused by antibiotics it might well be muscle spasm try tylenol and warm compresses.
