What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
I am having low stomach pain what is causing these pain I have been to the doctor fo it he seen to think it might be spasm pain he got me on muscle relaxer medicine but it is not helping I have had this pain for three week and it hurt can you tell me what it is.

Hello,
Please go for USG whole abdomen to rule out urinary calculus, colitis(dilated bowel loops) or appendicitis and ovarian pathology (in females).
You may need diagnostic laparoscopy if above is inconclusive. Take Drotin 1bd for the time being. Have a soft diet and plenty of fluids.
