HI
Well come to HCM
This could be urinary tract infection (afebrile) might have developed the vaginitis such symptoms are very common in young girls, may be due to poor hygiene, ask her to drink plenty off water, take care for good hygiene properly clean the area after defecation, to relieve the symptoms you can try the following medicines,
1) Tab Dicyclomine twice in day, for abdominal pain
2) Povidone iodine ointment for vaginal itching
3) Sodium citrate solution 20 ml three times in day
Every thing would be fine soon, take care.
