Hello, my left testicle pain doesn t hurt when I m using a supporter, but if not, I got left testicle pain towards my left abdomen, I got no penis discharge, or peeing problem, what could it be? now I m taking gabapentin, and dolo neurobion, I m scared not to be cured, because I saw posts about having it like 2 years even they get a regular check up. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that it may be a testicular hernia. May have been a torsion but the patient presents with acute pain.

Infectious and inflammatory causes can be ruled out as you have taken antibiotics and painkillers for such long duration.

USG scrotum is required. You should go to a General Surgeon for the checkup as physical checkup is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
