What Causes Pain In The Left Leg?

I am experiencing left leg pain similar to what put me in the hospital with all statin drugs. I am only taking three drugs now: Amlodipine Besylate, Metoprolol succer and Glimepride. On nov 5 I had an AFI??B attack and that is the reason I am taking the metoprol and the amlodipine. Any idea if any of these three meds coujld be causing the left upper ledft leg muscle and left hip muscle to hurt??

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
