What Causes Pain In The Left Arm And Shoulder In A Heart Patient?

The last three days I have had a pain in my left arm. It started in my shoulder and my shoulder still hurts a little. Now my muscle is hurting. It is like a muscle tightening up and is tender to the touch. It comes and goes throughout the day. I had a heart attack 9 years ago.

there is cross innervation of nerve supply of heart and medial aspect of arm n forearm..
if u r experiencing it again after heart attack...den it suggests there may be another blockage...as soon as possible u shud have ECG, x-ray chest, angiogram...and thorough cardiovascular examination...
