What Causes Pain In The Knees And Legs?

My knees and legs ache when I have been walking for about half hour, I sit down good to go again. I have two indented knees! Also both of my arms ache like my legs. Had an MRI scan done on my leg in January, said I have wear and tear on my knee. They offered my steroid injection which I declined.

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As the MRI showed wear and tear with degenerative changes I will advise to do knee exercises which helps it achieve full range of motion and strengthening of the quadriceps and hamstring muscles. Reverse walking will also be beneficial. Off late you can try out band training too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
