Your symptoms seem to be related to Tension Type Headache, which is typically caused by physical and emotional
stress.
There is nothing to worry about!
I would recommend taking
ibuprofen for a short period of time, coupled with
melatonin before sleeping. This will help you have a better sleep.
Some rest and recreational sports (
yoga, swimming, tennis, etc.) would also be really helpful.
If your symptoms persist, I would recommend starting an antidepressant like amytriptiline 10mg before sleeping, as it helps relieve the pain and have a good sleep.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
