What Causes Pain In The Hands, Feet And Neck?

I am having pain in my hands, feet, legs, arms, and occaisionally my neck. I hurts worse when I go to bed at night. It is severe at times. It alternates between a dull ache, throbbing, and sometimes sharp pains. I have a thyroid condition. That is the only medical issue that I am aware of.
