What Causes Pain In The Hand Joints?

my jonts are very sore and my hands hurt extremely bad! It hurt to type, and even to sit still, basicaly Im in pain. This just started about a week ago and gradually continued to get worse. I am also an opiate user. I have been shooting in my bottom , I now have an infection. My doc has given me a medClyndomyicyin. I do not think it is working. The sores on my bottom have burst and black puss has begun to come out. I have been cleaning with peroxide and putting gauze pads on as needed. one more thing, I have sores in my mouth.God I feel like I am falling apart.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
It may be of infectious origin and in this case clinndamicin may help but it would present with fever, redness on joints and general bad being. It is bit unusual for such signs to occur unless your are older than 60.It may be the beginning of rheumatoid arthritis so I suggest to see rheumatoolgoist if these antibiotics dont help. ALso, take Ibuprofenum 3x40mg and apply warm compresses on joint. It would be useful as well to do joint xrays to see if there are typical signs of theuatoid arthritis.
