Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Pain in the ears with lumpy feeling may be due to mastoiditis or middle ear pressure or eustachian tube block or postauricular lymphadenopathy.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your ENT specialist/physician they will examine for an external or internal problem then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
