What Causes Pain In The Chest Radiating Towards Back?

Having sharp pains on the right side of my chest along with not being able to sleep. The pain goes into the right side of my back. It happens when I m laying down and sitting up. Please tell me what it could possibly be. Also there is a baseball size bulge in my upper torso on the right side.

I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN
don't worry the pain on right side generally related to either heart lung ,gall bladder,or liver or gastritis disorders

so first rule out the cardiac problem which is vital .
have an ECG once and show your family physician

take tab.pan 40 mg once daily for 10days along with analgesic like aceclofenac if ECG IS NOT SIGNIFICANT

bulge or swelling need to evaluate ..try to avoid spicy foods .
drink plenty of liquids ,,

if possible chest x ray will reveal the problem plz take it ..ok till such time you can use those tab. what I mentioned ok ..
