What Causes Pain In The Chest And Excessive Sweating?
High upon any activity my muscles will become very weak I get pain very bad in between my chest from the back I sweat excessively nauseated I come very pale and dizzy I do not always get dizzy but I will always sweat excessively and my eyes look like I m about to go to sleep this is the way people know that I m about to have it back what could this be

Consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible cardiac causes like angina even though it is unlikely. You can go for an ECG to rule out cardiac causes.
