General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Following cause can lead calf pain....
-muscular strain
-ankle sprain
-tendon injury
-deep vein thrombosis
-electrolyte disturbance
-anemia

Here your examination should be done first and correlated clinically

If on toe dorsiflexion calf pain aggravated than colour doppler done to rule out vascular causes like DVT and burger disease etc...

If needed local part x ray and USG done

If it is muscular pain than ibuprofen given for that and warm compress useful

Take care

Consult physician for examination with keeping all this in mind
