What Causes Pain In The Buttocks?

the bones we sit on in our bottoms called the ischial tuberosites ones are feeling like they are very bruised when I squeezemy bum ogether. It has just started ..it feels like they are bruised or hurt when I squeeze my bum ... I have not fallen or hurt myself, why do they hurt today when I squeeze... I can feel a little hurt wen I sit down also... I am a very healthy 75 year old... have never been sick
