I get pain in the ball of my feet my toes feel numb but are painful the ball of my feet feel like walking on extremely hot broken glass what could cause this I also get Charlie horses in my feet that can be severe the symptoms in both feet come and go I am now also getting a numb feeling in my left hand and it feels like when your hand goes to sleep and is waking up pins and needles I do not have diabetes and have had a nerve conductive test done on both legs to check for nerve issues that came out fine any idea what could cause this pain getting lot worse when working 12 hour shifts at a hospital. is this something I should be concernd about I have just let it be due to when had testing done nothing was found
