I am a male 29 years, weight 95kg, height 170 cm. medical history: hypothyroidism since 2009, taking medication for the same(eltroxin 100mcg) and taking atorvastatin 20 mg since may 2016 for poor HDL/LDL ratio. family history: mother disgonised with breast cancer at age 55, father and mother both diabetic. recently had pain in my arms when i moved to a new place and had to do lot of manual work and heavy lifting. also i had chest pain and had myself examined at the doctor s, ecg was done and heart problems was ruled out. physiotherapist told i have costocondritis and reffered me some exercises. 3 days ago i noticed a small lump which is oval in shape a few centimeters below nipple on left side of chest, it did pain when pressed. yesterday i could feel some irregular lumps just above this lump. the pain has reduced now. i wonder what it is, and what should i do
