What Causes Pain In The Anus And Burning While Urinating?

Hi im 18years old, last thursday(january 16) i had ate plenty of foods namely, the jamaican(the beef which is spicy), double down (kfc) and chicken nuggets from mcdo. then when i went home, i pooped. then right after my butt hurts. its been hurting for almost 5days now. it pains me when i urinate and somehow i feel pain when i try to poop and fart. i touched my right butt almost near the anus i felt the pain there. It also hurts when i sit and walk and lately i feel dizzy too. i know this is kind of embarrassing but please help me im scared to go to a doctor too

I really appreciate your concern, what you are eating or taking in diet and what the symptoms of pain you have are not related with each, but the pain that described here could be muscular pain and it must be due to exerting the force at the time of defecation which causing the muscular spasm, in my opinion if this is the case then do not exert the force at the time of defecation, and for the pain Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen can be tried, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
