General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is due to insufficient oral intake, loss of water from body and stress. Enema will be good for you. Have a rich fiber diet, drink a lot of water, continue milk of magnesia and eat papaya.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
