What Causes Pain In Testicles?

My husband stated that he has one testicle that hurts him he went to doctor answer was told it could be a hernia now he has to see another specialist but his father died of prostate cancer and other family members how is hernia in testicle treated what is the severity of having this

Hernia is quite painful and only way to treat it is by surgery.
A loop of intistine may pass into the scrotum and because of that, your husband have pain and if not treated, may lead to complications like necrosis of the loop of intestine. I would suggest you to take him to a general surgeon for the results possible.
