Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from- Compromised Venous flow post Varicoclectomy,after masturbation. Post masturbation-with release of sympathomimetic and unsatisfied arousal wihtout orgasm,the high testosterone blood levels along with this increase testicular flow to tremendous extent beyond changed hemodynamic capacity post-surgery. Hence Masturbation is to be avoided after -3-6 mths after surgery and that too after USG/Doppler study confirming the recurrence or success of the regurge and venous stagnation only.
