Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be a nerve compression syndrome by lumbar spinal disc herniation. A physical examination by an orthopedic surgeon is well appreciated. In case of neurological deficits or weakness of reflexes a MRI of Lumbosacral spine should be taken to confirm it. For my patients with such problem i treat with NSAIDs like nimusulide, muscle relaxants like tizanidine and neurotropic drugs. I also recommend physiotherapy and muscle strengthening exercises along with this. Sleeping in hard medicated mattress will be helpful also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
