What Causes Pain In Scrotum Radiating To The Abdomen?

I have burning pains in my urethra which feels more uncomfortable if l squeeze my penis. The pain is severe on the lower part of the penis which is under testicles going up to somewhere in the stomach. I have no discharge or blood coming out. Please help urgently.

Hi thanks for asking question.
According to history provided by you here two possibility seems most common.
1.There might be lower urinary tract bacterial infection.urine examination done for pus cell.complete blood examination also helpful .It might show high total count with neutrophilia.If infection present antibiotic given.
Meanwhile drink more water and cranberry juice.
2.Second these could be because of small stone anywhere in lower urinary tract.Along with urine examination ultrasound examination also helpful.If stone present then suitable management for stone done with more water.
